Hilton Garden Inn Layton in Layton, UT is on the hunt for an ambitious, results-driven leader to take the reins of two of our properties, oversee their daily operations, and execute effective improvement strategies. As for the schedule, our General Dual Property Hotel Manager works from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on weekdays. The occasional weekend and on-call may be required to ensure 24-hour coverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4-year degree
- 5 years of general hotel management experience
- Conference center management experience is a must
- Food and beverage (F&B) management experience
- Profit and loss (P&L) management experience
DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR GENERAL DUAL PROPERTY HOTEL MANAGER
In this hospitality management position, you take charge of the daily operations and long-term success of two of our Western States properties. You oversee our Hilton Garden Inn and Davis Conference Center, providing comprehensive leadership and executing new strategies to take the properties to the next level. You're crucial to our continued growth and customer satisfaction, and you're motivated to keep our guests, employees, and stakeholders happy.
You keep our properties in excellent condition by motivating staff, guiding their daily movements, and ensuring all Western States values are closely followed. Attentively, you review our business processes and daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solid new methods. By thinking creatively and strategically, you expertly manage our accommodations, hospitality experience, and financial performance. You help drive profitability, increase revenue, and support continuous improvement for both properties!
