POSITION: Laundry Attendant
JOB SUMMARY

Would you like to welcome our guests to our beautiful hotel each day with the ability to deliver excellent customer service by providing an enjoyable experience? If so, being our Laundry Attendant and part of our Housekeeping Team may be the job for you! Our Housekeeping and Rooms Team will ensure that our guests are satisfied and will look forward to another awesome experience with us!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspecting dirty laundry for stains/tears before washing
- Washing and drying all linen
- Identifying and treating stains.
- Folding all clean laundry
- Completing linen inventory on a monthly basis
- Overall cleanliness of the laundry room
- Stocking shelves and housekeeping carts with clean folded linen
Perform other tasks as necessary or required to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
· Work-related experience (hospitality or janitorial experience desired)
· Excellent customer service skills
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
· Previous experience as a hotel housekeeper/room attendant or laundry attendant (desired)
