At Hilton Garden Inn Miami & Homewood Suites Miami Dolphin Mall we are searching for highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates should be passionate about providing a high quality service.
Responsibilities :
Job Purpose : Supervise performance of housekeeping staff. Ensure facility is clean and sanitized for all.
Completes inspection of all rooms and areas in assigned part of hotel daily.
Complete due out reports of departures daily.
Assist Executive Housekeeper in ensuring cost control systems for staffing, inventories of both linen / terry / and guest supplies are maintained.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all operations are running smoothly.
Enforce policies and procedures are followed by all responsible associates.
Perform detailed inventory and update inventory as needed.
Perform room inspections, of all rooms assigned; Prepare VIP and Showrooms as needed. Report all maintenance issues. Monitor productivity.
Ensure housekeeping associates have adequate supplies and carts are neatly packed and organized.

1.Follow instructions.
2.Adjust to doing the same thing over and over.
3.Move or lift heavy objects.
4.Familiarity of the material safety data sheet when using chemicals and safety rules when working around machinery.
Job Qualifications :
Education HS Diploma or equivalent

Required Skills / Abilities :
Able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
Detail oriented and thorough
Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor towards staff, guests and visitors to the property
