What you'll be doing:
- Input and manage contracted groups, events & rooming lists
- Oversee billing for Group, Corporate and Catering
- Keep reservations and event systems up to date with accurate and timely information
- Act as on-site contact for site tours and large group arrivals, as needed
- Compile and distribute weekly BEO packet to all internal departments
- Manage incoming calls and emails for group updates, changes and requests
- Finalize group pick up numbers and complete post event reports as needed
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-5 Years of Hotel Experience
- Computer proficiency and experience with: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel - experience with Delphi and/or R&I a plus
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs.
- Will work some evenings and weekends, as needed
