What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - WEEKEND ONLY position at Hilton Garden Inn Murfreesboro?
Maintenance Associate (AM)
- Applicants MUST apply on-site to be considered
- Reports to Maintenance Supervisor -or- Chief Engineer
- Assure that top quality service is extended to guests per hotel brand, state, and management company/ownership guidelines
- Greet and assist guests in a professional, efficient, and empathetic manner, using guest’s names as much as possible
- Perform preventative maintenance functions in guest rooms on a daily basis -- touch up paint, caulking, furniture touchup, carpet cleaning/replacement, tub/shower drain cleaning, etc.
- Immediately and properly report problems to appropriate departments
- Resolve minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer
- Assure that guests and co-workers are in a safe environment at all time
- Perform assigned duties and maintenance requests as requested from Management
- Empty public area garbage in absence of Houseperson
- Apply Ice Melt in winter as necessary
- Additional duties as assigned by Management
- Review shift checklist to assure all tasks have been processed correctly
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Weekends only
