Responsibilities: Bartenders are responsible for consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences to all that come through our door. Duties include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all patrons, maximizing tasting bar and overall beverage sales by educating guests on beverage offerings, assess and anticipate guest needs, and make recommendations
Requirements:
- Prior bartending experience in a Hilton hotel establishment or similar environment is ideal, but willing to train the food service professional looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry
- 21 years old to serve alcohol
- Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday 4:30-11 PM
- Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine
- TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
Compensation: $7.50 hourly
Salary : $8
