Duties

- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing incoming calls.
- Assist in promoting hotel services and upselling additional offerings.
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices is beneficial.
