**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong focus on cleanliness and maintenance. The role requires a high level of physical fitness, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our hospitality property, including performing a variety of janitorial and maintenance tasks. This is a part time job 2-3 days per week. Shift is 4-6 hrs 2 days and 2 nights per week.
**Responsibilities:**
- We are a team and you’ll maintain close working relationships with all departments.
- You'll resolve any guest issues quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Flexible schedule a must, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Perform routine cleaning duties with a focus on using a motorized stand behind floor machine to clean tile floors and wood floors. We will train you to use our machine with specific products for the different flooring types. Cleaning/ draining the machine between floor types.
-Using a carpet shampoo and extractor machine to clean room carpets and hallway carpets. Cleaning out the machine at the end of your daily duties.
- Perform minor repairs, including changing light bulbs and unclogging toilet drains as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Ensure the safety and security of all properties
**Experience:**
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects/ moving restaurant tables and chairs to clean wood flooring in dining room and lounge area.
- Knowledge of standard cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to work in a customer service driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Skills:**
- Facilities maintenance skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
