NC State University, Raleigh Convention Center, and Lenovo Center are within 15 minutes. Raleigh-Durham Airport is 20 minutes away. There is a patio with a fire pit and indoor saltwater pool on property. The hotel is located at 131 Columbus Ave, Cary, NC 27518.
The Role :
As a Houseperson , you’re the extra set of hands that keeps our hotel and housekeeping department running smoothly.
What You'll Do :
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces within the hotel, from the lobby to the hallways.
- Assist the housekeeping and front desk teams by delivering supplies, linens, and amenities to guest rooms.
- Support the housekeeping team in ensuring that rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
- Collaborate with housekeepers to coordinate the timely turnover of guest rooms.
- Help with the removal of trash and used linens, ensuring proper disposal.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or assistance.
- Maintain an organized inventory of housekeeping supplies.
