Experience:
- Customer service (1 Year, preferred, but not required)
- PEP System (1Year, preferred, but not required)

What you will be doing:
- Start each shift by communicating with other team members
- Assisting the Front Office Manager and Housekeeping Manager with any small tasks that might arise
- Answering telephone and attempting to diffuse any guest issues or needs at first point of contact
- You will be responsible for attending to the needs of our guests during their stay
- Providing information to guests about the local area, hotel services and amenities
- Handling guest check-in and check-out in an accurate and efficient manner
- Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied
- This position requires continuous movement and standing throughout your shift
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
