You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. $17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:- Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs
- Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed
- Manage other maintenance requests as required
- Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks
- Must be able to demonstrate advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures
- Stellar communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- 2 years of maintenance experience
