Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding service to guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Prepare daily financial reports and ensure all transactions are processed correctly.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while handling incoming calls.
- Assist with any administrative tasks as required during the night shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment, particularly in night audit or front desk roles, is preferred.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in hospitality management practices and hotel management software.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
