The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate initiative and be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service. This position will require working primarily the evening weekend shifts. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of the hotel. Making our guests feel welcomed and taken care of will be at the top of your priority list, so if guest service is your passion, this is the position for you!
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :
- At least one year of guest service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of checking ID’s and legal requirements – Serve Safe certified preferred, but willing to train.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent attendance record and the ability to multi-task are a must.
- Must possess ability to work independently and with others.
