Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Manassas, VA for a Front Desk Staff. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the front desk area, including check-in and check-out, handling reservations, managing payment transactions, answering phone calls, directing guests to various hotel amenities, and resolving guest complaints.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service and/or hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work
- Positive attitude and friendly disposition
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus
