- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within an industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC systems, electrical systems, and general maintenance management.
- Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage systems is essential; experience with schematics is highly desirable.
