Duties
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone systems to assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
