Duties
- Manage account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Detailing BEO (Banquets Event Order)
- Assist in lead generation activities, including cold calling potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Support territory management by tracking sales performance and identifying areas for growth.
- Utilize Salesforce software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop upselling strategies that enhance customer value and increase revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.
- Prepare reports on sales metrics and provide insights for business development strategies.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
