We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant or nightclub.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and address any guest concerns.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring positive guest relations.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining individual accountability.
