What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager managing a full-service property with revenue of $50M and 500 rooms.
- Strong operational background with a proven track record of driving top-line revenue growth and capturing market share.
- Highly effective in enhancing brand positioning and competitive performance.
- Experience managing large-scale convention or conference operations.
- Proven experience and passion building engaging service cultures, mentoring and developing high performing teams.
- Strong background in Food & Beverage operations, including activations and amenities.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid background in financial management and revenue optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, public speaking, written and oral, with the ability to customize the message to the audience (guest, team member, owner, and other stakeholders).
