As a Member Marketing Agent, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Maintain solid understanding of all company resorts, products and amenities
- Be proficient and educated on each package offered
- Educate qualified members and prospects on benefits of each package being offered
- Adhere to and follows guidelines of different programs offered in compliance with script.
- Responsible for building reservations in the system.
- Meet or exceed weekly production standards.
- Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Schedule Details:
Monday – Friday schedule Department hours are 7:00am – 6:00pm Monday – Friday, Schedule varies based on department need and team member tenure.
