As A Bellperson you Would Be Responsible For
- Greets and assists with owners and guests transporting and/or securing their luggage appropriately, as well as other special requests and deliveries.
- Monitors front entrance of property and guest's arrivals.
- Provides instructions and information regarding the amenities of the room and property services based on our brand standards.
- Assists in covering the gate when needed.
- Ensures an organized, safe and clean front entrance and lobby area.
- Carries out reasonable requests by management including assisting other departments.
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HGVC from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.

- Previous customer service experience
- Must have current and valid Driver's license
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds and be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
- Previous work experience in the hotel/hospitality industry preferred
