What Will I be Doing?
As a Campaign Coordinator of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the creation and successful implementation of digital campaigns across a wide range of platforms, including email and web. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives and drive measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and will be responsible for coordinating and executing effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Support in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the campaign lifecycle to conduct campaign setup, deployment and reporting
- Support the marketing team with project management, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
- Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems
- Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular data audits and quality checks
- Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaigns and alert strategists of any anticipated issues with suggested solutions
- Assist with reviewing and proofing marketing collateral to ensure objectives are being met and perform quality control.
- Assist with the creation of presentations
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools and process optimization
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings
What Are We Looking For:
To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- 3 years working in Digital Marketing
- Working knowledge of digital marketing channels/marketing technology platforms and their best practices
- Proactive nature with ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-Starter with ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in Project Management Software
