The Coordinator Imaging is responsible for the document imaging and / or scanning of all timeshare sales transactions, including trailing documents, upgrade documents and cancellation notices within the acceptable time frame of 24 to 48 hours, ensuring that the scanned documents meet company standards, and that they are classified in the proper manner.
