As a Steward, you will be in charge of the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all Food & Beverages areas (indoors and outdoors) including but not limited to: Kitchen, Bars, Storage spaces, and other areas related to the F&B Dept. Stewards are to maintain a SAFE environment free of debris, spills, and any hazardous materials on the floors or areas that could potentially be a safety hazard to our guests and/or team members. Collect, removed and disposed of trash accurately.

Schedule Details
Afternoon Shift 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm, the work days will be Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. However, the schedule will impact based on business needs.
Additional Responsibility
- Complete all the opening and closing duties. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all service areas throughout the shift.
- Transport all dirty/soiled dishware and equipment to dish room area.
- Wash and sanitize all F&B equipment and utensils in the dishwashing area.
- Sorting, stocking and storing equipment in its proper location.
- Changing oil of Deep Fryer, clean and sanitize grills, ovens, broilers, stoves, etc.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down in the Kitchen and Bar areas.
- Assist in receiving and putting away food and beverages products.
- Transport all the necessary equipment and food and beverage products to assigned destinations.
- Sweeping and mopping all food and beverage floors,
- Handle all chemicals and cleaning supplies according to specs. Use PPE following Health Dept and OSHA guidelines.
- Properly recycle and dispose of all food & beverage trash.
- Complete cleaning of all equipment as scheduled.
- Complete or perform any other reasonable request assigned by management.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to food and beverage.
Qualifications

- ability to bend, lift up to 60 lb., reach overhead, climb, sit, stand, walk, push, pull and move about the work area of limited space without special accommodations
- Moderate noise, outdoor weather conditions, high places, extreme heat, and/or cold.
- TB Clearance
- High School Diploma/GED
- Related experience
