Hilton Grand Vacations is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our owners and guests. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team at Mountain Run Resort. In this position, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the property, responding to their requests, and providing them with information about the resort and its amenities.
Schedule Details:
- Full - Time
- 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
- Open to working variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of guests and owners, each with their own unique needs and preferences. You will be expected to multitask, prioritize duties, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
