About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every guest interaction is a positive and memorable one. You'll also be responsible for maintaining clean work areas, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all guest requests are met promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check guests in and out, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about our resort amenities
- Input information into our computerized reservation system to update and maintain records
- Maintain weekly owner and rental confirmation files
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Customer service, cash handling, and data entry experience
- Proficient in English language to communicate verbally and in writing with guests, owners, and coworkers
