As a Groundsperson, you will be responsible for the care, maintenance and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness. - Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement.
Schedule Details: our Maintenance and Engineering Department operates 7days a week. the Shift will be assigned between 6am – 3pm
Additional Responsibility:
- Performs routine (e.g. weed, water, rake) and special general labor work assignments as directed.
- Utilize landscape equipment (e.g. mowers, blowers, hedgers, stump grinder, chainsaw) to maintain the resort grounds.
- Transports tools, materials and supplies as required.
- Dig holes, ditches, and trenches.
- Detailed record keeping is required for logs and inspection sheets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient English language communication skills in order to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners and co-workers, and fully comprehend job assignments
- Able to bend, stoop, walk and lift up 50 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation
- Able to work in various weather conditions
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Associate's Degree/College Diploma
- 1 year of related experience
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation and chemical application
