Responsibilities
We are looking for a Maintenance Inventory Clerk to join us at MountainLoft Resort. As a Resort Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
What will I be doing?
- Receives and verifies all deliveries ensuring quality and accuracy of packing slips or invoice deliveries.
- Ensures all items received are delivered promptly to the appropriate department or individual and maintains log of all incoming packages, ensuring packages are received and signed for by the appropriate contact.
- Reports defective, damaged, or missing goods and items to department manager. Maintains the warehouse and work areas in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Conducts weekly and monthly inventory. Reviews requisitions and fills orders. Assists in stocking and prepping of bar items and beverages when vital. May assist in delivering orders to guest or owner units.
- Daily expenses to be detailed in department checkbook and code P-Card expenses.
- May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by purchasing manager such as conduct or assist in physical inventories of storage areas and off-site warehouse and place orders with vendors.
What are we looking for?
- Must possess valid driver’s license and be able to show proof of a clean driving record from Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Able to successfully complete Hilton driver’s certification in HGVC Panel Van.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Ability to interpret packing slips and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties.
- Ability to work independently with above average.
- Forklift license is required.
- Demonstrates excellence in service quality standards that affect guest and coworker satisfaction, responding in a timely and professional manner.
- English language to communicate both verbally and in writing with guests, owners and team members, and fully comprehend job assignments.
