- Review / prepare monthly investor reports (servicer reports) and reporting packages for various investors and third party developers.
- Oversee analysts in the preparation of reports by reviewing for accuracy and providing feedback as necessary.
- Review / Prepare ad hoc reports related to loan performance and collateral eligibility as needed.
- Assist in the securitization process by reviewing loan eligibility criteria, identifying loan pools, and providing necessary reporting.
- Manage submission of compliance, due diligence, SEC reporting requests and/or audit requests
- Analyze loan portfolio metrics and manage KPIs.
- Execute loan transfers as needed in the servicing system.
- Create data queries using COGNOS Cloud to support loan portfolio needs.
- Prepare ad hoc analytical reports requested by management and external clients.
- Review and/or prepare bank reconciliations.
- Identify and implement process and reporting improvements to create efficiencies and reduce risk of errors in reporting.
- Communicate with external partners including banks, investors, rating agencies, and developers to obtain necessary reporting inputs and answer questions as needed.
- Review securitization and loan agreements to understand reporting and compliance requirements.
- Teach and motivate the team to deliver accurate reports and optimize processes.
- Assist the team in other operational processes such as invoice processing, monthly report scheduling, and more.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Financial or operational reporting experience
- Experience supervising a reporting team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines and ensure accurate reporting
- The ability to understand reporting requests and develop ad hoc reports based on requirements as needed.
- The ability to develop and interpret portfolio performance key metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaison with cross-functional teams and external partners
- The ability to motivate a team and drive timely deliverables
- Proficient computer skills including Windows and MS Offices products with a special focus on advanced Excel skills
- Advance skills in data mining and analytics
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior loan portfolio or securitization/ABS/warehouse lending experience preferred (timeshare specific is a plus)
- Familiarity reading and understanding securitization or loan agreements
- 5 years of financial reporting experience
- Reconciliation skills and/or accounting experience
- Data mining experience
