- Manage, lead and supervise direct reports
- Oversee development of new reports, modification of existing reports, and delivery of scheduled and ad hoc data requests
- Develops, delivers and maintains training for team members
- Manages team resources, including people and time, to best serve business needs and within agreed upon standards and metrics, among competing priorities
- Implements best practices and improves business processes
- Liaise with peers outside of the department to maintain high level of satisfaction
- Ensure the team adheres to audit compliance and data security standards and policies
- Lead change management process within the team
- Track tasks and deadlines
- Collaborates with peers, managers, leaders, and internal and external business partners
- Enact projects related to strategic priorities defined by leadership
- Consult with Director on strategy, road map and planning

- Ability to successfully lead teams with diverse personalities and working styles, including inspiring, motivating, coaching, supporting and mentoring
- Ability to lead through change
- Strong understanding of various database formats and various BI and reporting tools
- Experience overseeing and implementing best practices and industry norms regarding data architecture, data retention, data management, data security
- Advanced SQL skills including both T-SQL and Oracle SQL
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to adjust to different audiences
- Excellent strategic thinking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-lead, proactive and able to create and promote a positive, successful, and professional work environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures and manuals
- Proficient in time management with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate math skills
- Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes
- Ability to use analytical and decision-making skills to offer options and problem resolutions in a variety of contexts

- Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects with strong collaboration with internal and external partners and service providers
