We are now looking for a Painter to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for completing all steps involved in the painting process at the resort.

We are now looking for a Painter to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for completing all steps involved in the painting process at the resort.
What will I be doing?
- Painting Wallpapering
- Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceiling, and external structures
- Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies.
- Maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools.
- Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed.
- Other duties as required by your leader.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in facilities maintenance
- Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions, climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, grasp, stoop, reach overhead
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years or more of related experience
- Current valid driver’s license
