Recreation Supervisor
We are seeking a Recreation Supervisor who is passionate about creating lasting vacation memories for our resort guests. This individual should be service-oriented, thoughtful, and courteous when interacting with children and adults alike.
The Recreation Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Activities Department, implementing and devising creative and fun activity programs for all ages. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to maintain working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Recreation Manager and/or Assistant Manager in managing the Recreation Department's daily operations.
- Create and execute an exciting activities program for owners and guests.
- Perform administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, training, mentoring, monitoring hours worked, invoicing, and processing clerical documentation.
- Ensure regular attendance and adhere to established standards.
- Carry out reasonable requests from management.
