The Perfect Opportunity
We're seeking a Recreation/Activities (Pool) Supervisor to join our elite team at The Wilderness Club at Big Cedar. This resort offers a unique experience, hosting 445 units from Presidential lodge suites to cozy cabins on Table Rock Lake. We're building a team centered on excellence, providing exceptional vacations for our guests and owners.
Your Role
As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll assist the Recreation Manager and/or Assistant Manager with running the Recreation Department. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, coordinating lifeguards, and regular attendance. You'll also carry out reasonable requests from management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year resort recreation or related field required
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Lifeguard Certified
