What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservations Agent position at Hilton Grand Vacations?
As a Reservations Representative, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their hotel reservations and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Compensation: $15.00/hr plus commission
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:30pm-9pm (Weekend availability required)

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist guests with making hotel reservations
- Provide information about hotel amenities, room types, rates, and availability
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently in the reservation system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Experience and Skills:
- 1 year of call center experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software
- Knowledge of guest relations principles and practices
- Familiarity with hospitality management and hotel operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
