As a Sales Executive In House, you will be responsible for presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and programs to our owners and potential owners to generate maximum net sales volume while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company.

Schedule Details:
Our Sales Departments operates 7 days per week, shifts start between 7:00am-7:45am. Paid training is provided for your first 2 weeks.
As a Sales Executive In House you would be responsible for:
- Engage with owners and present luxury Hilton Grand Vacation products, providing them an avenue to build future vacation memories.
- Promote a positive team environment and implement HGV's core values and policies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow up to ensure customer happiness.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest related issues as they arise.
- Attend sales trainings and meetings for key updates on our company products.
- Generate referral leads with each new customer.
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to acquire an active Hawaii Real Estate License.
- 6 months branded timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven track record of closing sales.
- Ability to resolve sophisticated customer service issues and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
