- Salary is based on commission & bonuses governed by a compensation plan, which provides for an hourly rate of $14 as an advance against commissions. VIP Sales Executives have targeted annual earnings of $80,000 per year, with some Team Members earning substantially more based on their individual performance.

What will I be doing?
- Follow through on all Vacation Introductory Programs (VIP) by phone to reduce the cancellation rate.
- Stamp all planners when you turn the tables.
- Accountable for meeting acceptable tour-to-sale ratio (VPG).
- Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with rules.
- Make the required presentation to every guest that is turned to you.
- Identity and resolve quality assurance issues.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
- Consistent record of adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to resolve complex customer service issues.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a branded vacation ownership.
- Valid Hawaii Real Estate License.
