Key responsibilities
- Maintain required documentation within case management system, including intake, investigative notes, supporting documents, and final reports/summaries. May assist TMR Leadership and Company Leadership with documentation as needed.
- Partners with TMR Leadership in providing guidance and coaching to Leadership (Sr Manager and below) on Team Member concerns/issues.
- Raise issues that meet pre-defined criteria and use judgment to assess risk and sensitivity of ambiguous cases to determine when to escalate to TMR Sr Leadership.
- Lead and support company-wide compliance initiatives including state employment law updates and reviews, required legal posters, etc.
- Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with Team Members, HR Business Partners, Team Member Global Services and Leadership to achieve business objectives.

- Conducting formal investigations and providing appropriate recommendations
- Proven ability to build trust and strong partnerships at all levels of an organization
- Strong consultative, listening and communication skills with the ability to convey recommendations and opinions persuasively
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- PHR or SHRM certification
- 3-5 years of related experience
