- Design, develop, and present accurate and relevant reporting and analysis to various departments and leadership
- Perform testing and validation as needed
- Develop and maintain data transformations as needed
- Work within team and company change management processes
- Provide support and mentorship for Data Analyst position
- Track and respond to internal user requests through the ticketing system
- Works with business stakeholders to gather requirements and assess needs through collaborative dialog
- Design and maintain testing and audit procedures
- Assists with data conversions, including but not limited to data mapping, validation, and go live support
- Provides on-call support for reporting system and reporting database as needed
- Queries databases with SQL to provide data for various analytical projects
- Implements best practices and improves business processes
- Collaborates with peers, managers, leaders, and internal and external business partners

- Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Strong understanding of various database formats
- Understanding of best practices and industry norms regarding data architecture, data retention, data management, data security
- Expertise with one or more BI tools, such as Cognos, SSRS, Power BI, etc
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced SQL skills including both T-SQL or Oracle SQL
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to adjust to different audiences
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-lead, proactive and able to create and promote a positive, successful, and professional work environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to interpret and create policies, procedures and manuals
- Proficient in time management with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate math skills
- Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes
- Ability to use analytical and decision-making skills to offer options and problem resolutions in a variety of contexts
- Strong systems thinking skills
- Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects with strong collaboration with internal and external partners and service providers
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, data management or similar
