What Will I be Doing?
The Sr Analyst Financial Planning & Analysis will provide analytical support to the Financial Planning & Analysis team at HGV. The candidate will provide support and analysis for the FP&A Consolidations team, including the Global P&L, Cash Flow, Portfolio Operations and Cost of Product / 10 year plan forecasts, budgets and variance analysis. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be involved in ad-hoc analysis as required and will participate in the creation of monthly reporting packages, quarterly business reviews, and annual budget presentations. The candidate will manage the forecast and budget calendars in conjunction with FP&A leadership. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high visibility role with consistent exposure to Senior Leadership. Strong communication skills and a background in a Consolidations role for a multi-segment company (SEC Reporting, FP&A Consolidations, etc.) are a must.
