- Provide business users a central point of contact to address inventory sales needs
- Assist with ad-hoc requests for operational performance and financial reporting
- Create analytical reporting and decision recommendations for operational business needs
- Translate large data insights into fact-based recommendations that allow business partners to make informed decisions
- Assist or lead inventory sales projects that provide improved business performance
- Work with other teams like Inventory Management, Asset Relationship Management, and Sales Leadership to ensure inventory needs are met while maintaining inventory balance
- Provides project-based leadership to ensure completion and launches of company’s strategic initiatives
- Conducts financial, variance and forecasting analysis as needed
- Assist in the execution of Executive Leadership initiatives
- Maintains and timely communicates policies, procedures and guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or related degree
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in positions of analytics and process management
- Minimum of 1 year experience in advance financial modeling or reporting
- Advanced Excel experience required
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Attention to details is critical.
- Ability to lead, direct and influence team members to achieve strategic objectives
- Master’s Degree
- Timeshare industry experience
- Experience in advance reporting like SQL, IBM Cognos, Hyperion
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to work as a team or independently at times based on project at-hand with minimal supervision.
