The role
As a Sr Manager Sales & Marketing Compensation Reporting and Analytics you will provide comprehensive data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions, helping to shape our strategy through robust data analysis, actionable insights, and a forward-thinking approach.
Key responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Design, develop and maintain accurate and timely compensation reports and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking business performance.
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and insights for leadership review and plan effectiveness assessment
- Support the analysis around the impact of proposed plan changes as needed, as well as the lookback to ensure the outcome met the objective
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop both internal and external reporting to support organizational goals. Host quarterly meetings to review earnings in comparison to performance, as well as target pay.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform compensation decisions.
- Maintain effective communication on the development and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in compensation management as well as compensation related policies
