A Supervisor Housekeeping, provides excellent service to guests and owners during their stay, being proactive and responsive to guests’ concerns and inquiries. Responsibilities
- Supervises housekeeping operations to include rooms, common area and heart of the house areas to achieve and maintain the resort's high standards of cleanliness.
- Supervises projects and processes.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance procedures, write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups of guests and team members as needed.
- Demonstrate basic mathematical skills, and ability to solve practical problems.
- Understand and comply with a variety of instructions in written and oral form.
- Demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Provides guidance and directions to subordinates.
- Regular attendance in keeping with guidelines established by the company and site are essential to the successful performance of this position.

- Previous Supervisory Experience
- Housekeeping Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Physically able to work from ladders, move furniture, operate cleaning equipment, and tolerate exposure to general cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise
- Supervisory Experience in Housekeeping
