As the Sales & Marketing Talent Acquisition Manager, you will supervise field recruiters and support staff, while implementing strategic sourcing initiatives to build a solid pipeline of candidates. The Talent Acquisition team identifies and brings in top talent, overseeing all hiring to match the right talent with the right openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting activities, including sourcing and selection for Business Services & Support positions
- Mentor and coach recruiting professionals to achieve hiring goals
- Develop and drive recruiting plans and sourcing strategies
- Maintain awareness of business unit needs through consistent contact with managers and partners
- Improve operational processes and practices for strong recruitment performance
- Handle full life cycle recruitment for senior-level roles
- Attend recruiting events and networking functions to source candidates and understand the employment market
- Act as a liaison for client groups on day-to-day issues and needs
- Build innovative recruitment programs supporting HGV’s strategic sourcing model
- Track and report recruitment performance metrics
- Communicate progress and future challenges with solutions to Senior Leaders
Qualifications

Experience required
- BA/BS/bachelor’s degree
- 5 years plus of demonstrable experience leading teams of field recruiters and/or other internal employment functions.
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
