What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Lead Outbound position at Hilton Grand Vacations?
Develop and Train Outbound Vacation Advisors to ensure the understanding of basic/advanced sales techniques, HGV product knowledge, policies and procedures. To assist in executing the overall team production plan and help provide direction for Team Members with emphasis on increasing package sales while ensuring that the team is living the HGV values and providing our guest with the most exceptional experience.
Support Sales Supervisors of approximately 20 vacation advisors to meet sales goals.- Train and motivate Vacation Advisors to follow HGV sales processes, policies and procedure.
- Reinforce training and coaching team members on the proper package sale guidelines and details.
- Assist team Supervisors with tracking and maintaining the day to day team programs.
- Monitor and “phone feed” team members to help improve efficiencies and sales techniques.
- Take over calls when necessary to assist with the sales process or provide a second voice to close the sales
- Monitor agents from training purposes on closing, setup and objections/rebuttals.
- Positive, inspiring and motivating Team leader.
