The team member in the Contracts Services Trainer role serves on the Process Optimization team within Sales Services. In this role, the CS Trainer is primarily responsible for meeting the training and education needs of all HGV and HVC Contract Services Coordinators. The role requires collaboration with other CS Trainers and Sales Services leadership to continually analyze training needs, devise and execute plans for the provision of training, evaluate training effectiveness, and devise and execute remediation plans.
