Hilton Head Health (H3) is a world-renowned weight-loss and wellness destination. H3 is looking for an experienced Certified Mat Pilates Instructor. As our resort atmosphere provides for new participants each week, instructors must feel comfortable adapting the class to fit the needs of the guests each session. Instructor is expected to have experience working with adults with a variety of fitness levels. Hilton Head Health strives to provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for all our guests.
Qualified applicants will have Fitness certification and CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities
- Lead group and private Pilates sessions using mat work and or equipment.
- Assess fitness levels and goals, tailoring to the individual's needs.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages health and wellness among all members.
- Provide clear instructions, demonstrations and hands on correction to ensure proper technique and safety.
Job Type: Part-time
