Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek, work, and manage sales leads and serve as the organization's point of contact for all group segments/markets. Analyze, monitor, and provide sales reports on department performance, including leads, confirmed bookings, lost business, etc. Develop, lead, and manage a direct sales program with a focus on building qualified leads and awareness of our region within this segment. Work closely with Hotel Partners on in-market events, FAMs, and new opportunities, and travel will be required.
