Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Prepare daily financial reports and communicate findings to management.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services to guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in night audit or front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality management principles and guest relations.
- Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance guest communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
