Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and meet food safety standards
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Assist the kitchen staff with light food preparation tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems for handling guest transactions
- Basic food preparation skills and understanding of culinary techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Previous experience in bussing or assisting cooks is a plus
