Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during the breakfast hours. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming, while also preparing and serving a variety of breakfast items. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will help create a positive dining experience for all guests.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their breakfast experience.
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with food and beverages.
- Prepare a variety of breakfast items including coffee, pastries, fruits, cereals, and hot dishes as required.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special dietary needs, providing information about menu items.
- Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and surfaces in accordance with food handling standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Report any maintenance or supply issues to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Experience in meal preparation or culinary roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
